Fieldhead campsite is a small tent only site, situated in the picturesque village of Edale, in the Peak District National Park. We are a quiet site that welcomes everyone that wants to enjoy the outdoors whether that be wild swimming, climbing, hill walking, mountain biking or just sitting outside reading a book to get away from it all.

Edale is best known to walkers as it at the foot of Kinder Scout and the start (or southern end) of the Pennine Way. There is plenty on offer in the area, with amazing walks for all, cylcing routes and a range of amenities including pubs, cafes and a visitor centre.

Fieldhead Campsite is owned by the Peak District National Park but managed and ran by Charlie and Cassy. We're passionate about the outdoors and love camping too. We hope you enjoy your stay here and look forward to meeting you.

Edale is a small village at the start/end of the UK's first and most famous long distance walking path - the Pennine Way. There is lots to see and do here in the Peak District National Park. We are a great site as a base for your next adventure.

Staying at our small campsite is only half of the fun, the other half is making the most of the the beautiful surroundings. There are activities for everyone; walking, cycling, climbing, relaxing, wildlife spotting, exploring villages, eating great food and much more.
